Corn unchanged to -1
Beans +2 to 3
Outside markets show the U.S. dollar lower and crude oil higher, which should be supportive to commodities. The latest WASDE will be released this Wednesday. Traders may want to see that info before making further bets on direction. Early
indications from some private forecasts are showing an even larger soybean yield than the previous USDA info. This will keep a lid on any attempts to rally. Excess moisture will slow harvest progress in much of the corn belt, but the good news is that most
of the rain events have stopped in the West, and are dwindling in the East.
We are showing a quick ship bid into our Ralston soybean plant. If you want to take advantage of that, you must sell the beans for delivery by the specified date of delivery. Be sure you will be able to have them delivered in that timeframe. Ralston also has a limited tolerance for any soybeans above 14% moisture. Please call for exact info, as this bid will change and/or disappear quickly.
