Opening calls:

Corn trading steady to higher

Soybeans trading 1-2 cents lower

Good morning!

Corn traded mostly steady on the overnight session. Expecting very thing trade over the next couple of days with traders off for the holiday. The weekly export sales report released this morning showed sales of 61.35 million bushels which was nearly double what was estimated for the week.

Beans traded mostly lower on the overnight session, continuing to be very weak technically. There is some concern that we may see funds continue to sell off into a short position. Weekly export sales for beans came in at 64.04 million bushels which is about 9 million above projections.
