The overnight session last night was a rough one for corn as corn futures dropped into new contract lows before bouncing back – now trading mixed/flat as I type this. There wasn’t a whole lot of news out there other than crop ratings yesterday that continue to impress (maps below). For today, it looks to be another quiet one - more of the same as we seem to be OK treading water, waiting for harvest and taking cues from the outside markets. This morning it sounds like crude oil is attempting to rebound a bit after spending most of yesterday lower which could be a touch supportive to other commodities today.
Have a great day!
