The corn and soybean markets were weaker last night on two general thoughts… first (and you already know this) the weather forecasts remain non-threatening.  When you look at weather in regards to corn, the pollination window for the corn belt looks filled with near-ideal weather conditions and the forecasts for later July should bring warmer, wetter temps.  Second, the weekly crop conditions that were out yesterday showed the corn and soy ratings as the best in 20 years! (Since 1994 on both).   Wow.

Opening Calls

Corn 3 to 4 cents lower

Soybeans 6 to 12 cents lower

Have a great day!
