Soybeans are seeing a nice little bounce higher this morning (along with wheat), while corn continues to struggle to rally.  The weather forecasts look for moderate rains and temps that are a touch below average over the next 15 days.  This continued cool, wet weather could eventually start to decrease the good to excellent ratings for soybeans – this isn’t a major concern today but it's something that may be worth watching…

Weekly crop ratings will be out this afternoon, both corn and soybeans are expected to hold steady from last week (corn at 75% G/E and soybeans at 72% G/E).  30% of the corn crop is expected to be silking (in what appears to be near-ideal conditions).

Corn is mixed

Soybeans are 10 to 12 cents higher

Have a great day!
