Glad this week if over…both corn and beans markets down around 20 cents for the week, as planting progress caught up to normal and weather looks non-threatening for the next couple of weeks.  The market did finally engage some commercial buying today, so we ended the week on somewhat stable ground.  Funds were huge sellers of corn this week, and are still long in excess of 850Mln bu.  Some market chatter that the corn export forecast may now be too high this year, maybe by 100mln bu or so.  Not much news on the soybean side….supplies still tight, but S.American vessels continue to unload in U.S. ports.   Have a great weekend.
