Online Customer Account Access:

Your username is your FC customer account number as found on the remittance form portion of your FC statement. Click here for a sample statement showing where to find your account number.

For first-time users, your password is the tax ID associated with your customer account. You will be able to change your password after you login for the first time. If you have trouble logging into your customer account online, please contact Sharon Powers at 515-544-3213 ext. 3145 or our IT Helpdesk at 515-544-3213 ext. 3200.

Employee Login:
