Farmers Cooperative Company values our employees. We offer mid-level leaders a 12 month journey to future develop effective leadership and management skills. The Leadership Advantage is tailored to meet the needs of growing leaders who demonstrate potential for roles within the cooperative.

This program will provide core leadership competencies including decision making, employee engagement, leading change, and managing finances. Throughout the Leadership Advantage program you will work closely with your manager who will support and encourage you throughout the process.
