Career Development Program

The goal of FC Career Development Program (CDP) is to build future, long-term leaders for the company. And because we're into agriculture, we think about it like growing a good crop.

You take the right plant, the best dirt, the right chemicals, the right conditions and exposure and you nurture it so it can provide maximum yield.

At FC, we use this same philosophy with growing our people. We believe in hiring the best people and then committing all available internal and external resources to develop that person into a strong, capable leader.

The Career Development Program was created with this philosophy in mind. We look for potential CDP candidates who have curiosity and passion, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the intellectual horsepower to be leaders.
