SAFETY

Safety Pays at FC! That is why we have full-time employees on staff; they are devoted solely to safety. FC has a Safety Training Director and a Safety Compliance Director; together they manage everything related to safety at FC. They also establish the annual safety goals for each location. FC has 7 safety committees; one thing they do is surprise audits at various locations to make sure the safety guidelines are being practiced. FC employees are required to attend monthly safety meetings; this is an educational meeting on safe work place practices. FC also acknowledges safe drivers, safe employees and safe locations through a safety incentive program.

No matter what job you hold at FC, safety will be part of that job! Safety is #1!
