Chief Executive Officer

A native Iowan, Roger grew up on a farm in northern Iowa and graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College with a degree in Ag Business.  Roger has spent his entire career working in farm supply and grain cooperatives, with the last 30 years as a general manager.  Roger began his career at FC in 1992 as the Chief Executive Officer.  He currently serves as a board member of Associated Benefits Corporation and United Services Association.

 Roger and his wife Lyn have three grown daughters and reside in Jefferson, Iowa.

Vice President of Agronomy Operations

Don has a great deal of experience working in the agricultural industry and the cooperative system. Don grew up in the Sandhills of Nebraska working in the family business that included farming. Don graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Ag Economics and later received his MBA from the University of South Dakota and passed the CPA test.  His first job out of college was with an independent retail fertilizer company in southwestern Nebraska that he later became part owner of.  From there he managed for four years with an Ag Manufacturing Company in Northeast Nebraska.  In 1993, Don began his cooperative career as the Controller and later as the Interim Manager and Agronomy Manager in Battle Creek, Nebraska. Since then, Don has served as the General Manager for the Cooperatives in Maryville, Missouri and Lexington, Nebraska. From 2004 until joining FC in June 2007, Don served as the CFO/COO for All Points Cooperative in Gothenburg, Nebraska after merging the Lexington and Gothenburg organizations. Don started working for FC in June 2007 as the VP of Agronomy Operations.

Don and his wife Therese have 6 adult children and reside in Ames, Iowa.

Sr. Vice President - Grain

Jon received his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Illinois in 1987. He began his career with The Pillsbury Company and then transitioned to the Peavey Grain Co., a division of ConAgra in a variety of origination, trading, and management positions. Jon began his career with FC in 1996 as grain merchandiser, and was promoted to his current position, Sr. Vice President - Grain in January of 2008. Jon serves on the National Grain & Feed Association Board of Directors and has been active on several committees within the organization. He has also served on the Grain Inspection Packers & Stockyards Association (GIPSA) advisory committee as a member and past chairman.

Jon is a native of Geneseo, IL and currently resides in Fort Dodge, IA with his wife Bridgett and their 3 children.

MARK MINER
MARK MINER
Sr. Vice President & CFO

Mark began his career in 1976 in operations and sales, working for his family owned business, Miner Farm Supply, which was an agronomy facility.  Later in 1986 his family sold the business to Mid Iowa Coop where Mark stayed on as the Assistant Manager; later relocating to Earlham, IA as the Location Manager.  In 1996 Mark moved to the FC - Farnhamville location and began working as a Financial Analyst.  Mark took on his current role, Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Administration in 2002.

Mark and his wife Cherlyn have 2 daughters and reside in Perry, Iowa.

CHRIS PEARSON

Sr. Vice President - Agronomy & Feed

Chris grew up on a diversified farming operation in southwest Iowa.  He graduated from Iowa State University in 1999 with his Bachelors Degree in Agriculture.  Chris began his career with FC in the fall of 2000.  In 2002, he was promoted to Vice President and Feed Division Manager.  Chris currently serves as the Sr. Vice President - Agronomy & Feed as of January 2008.

FC manufactures over 500,000 tons of complete feed annually through their 6 feed milling locations.  FC's Feed Department uses approximately 12,000,000 bushels of locally grown corn each year.

Chris and his wife Rachel have 5 children and reside in Carroll, Iowa.
